- 1 x russet potato extra virgin olive oil sea salt
- 1 tsp fresh minced rosemary
- 1/2 Tbsp. extra virgin extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. grated goat cheese
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- Wash potato, dry, then roll in extra virgin olive oil and sea salt. Bake in preheated oven 50 min. Split cooked potato and open. Sprinkle with rosemary and extra virgin olive oil and top with goat cheese. Garnish with cracked black pepper. Serve immediately.
