Ingredientes
- 2 x Yukon gold potatoes, peeled And diced
- 2 c. Diced fennel
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
- 1/4 c. Whipping cream Salt & freshly grnd pepper
Direcciones
- Place potatoes and fennel in cool water, bring to a boil and boil for 10 - 15 min or possibly till potatoes and fennel are tender. Drain well.
- Mash potato and fennel mix, beating in butter and cream. Stir in onions. Season with salt & pepper. Top each portion with "Crisp Onions"
