Receta Baked Scrod In Wine

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 pound scrod or possibly cod
- 1 c. white cooking wine
- 1 sm. can tomato sauce
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 green pepper, sliced
Direcciones
- Pour 3/4 cup wine over fish and let stand for 30 min. Remove fish. Cover with sauce, onion, salt, green pepper and 1/4 cup wine. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min. Baste with wine. Serves 3-4.
