Receta Baked Squash Ring

Ingredientes
- 3 c. summer squash cooked
- 1/4 c. margarine melted
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 3 x Large eggs well beaten
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1 c. buttered bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. onion chopped
Direcciones
- Cook squash till tender. Force through colander. Add in other ingredients, blend well and turn into a well greased ring mold. Set ring in pan of warm water and bake at 350 degrees for 45 min or possibly till knife inserted comes out clean. To remove squash ring, place serving dish over ring, turn dishes quickly. Center may be filled with buttered peas or possibly other vegetables.
