Receta Baked Squash With Maple Syrup

Ingredientes
- 2 med acorn squash
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/4 c. pure maple syrup Salt Pepper
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon*
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg*
- 1/4 tsp cloves*
Direcciones
- Halve and seed squash; pierce several times with a fork. Arrange in a shallow baking dish, hollowed side up. Dot each hollow with 1 Tbsp. butter topped by 1 Tbsp. syrup. Season as desired. Pour 1 inch of boiling water into pan and bake at 375 oven 1 hour or possibly till squash is tender, adding more boiling water as necessary.
