Receta Baked Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredientes
- 1 stick butter
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- 1/3 c. sweet Vermouth
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 c. plain bread crumbs
- 1 pound mushrooms (remove stems and finely chop)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 3/4 tsp. garlic pwdr
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
Direcciones
- Heat butter in skillet. Cook onion till translucent/soft. Add in minced stems. Sitr in bread crumbs, seasonings, and cheese. Brown lightly. Add in sweet Vermouth last. Toss lightly to combine well. Stuff mushroom caps with mix. Bake at 350
