Receta Baked Sweet Potatoes With Amaretto

Ingredientes
- 5 lb sweet potatoes
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 c. brown sugar packed
- 1/4 c. amaretto
- 1/4 c. orange marmalade
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 20 x gingersnap cookies crushed
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 450F. Lightly grease sweet potatoes and bake till soft, about 40 min. Let cold, then peel and mash well with butter, brown sugar, amaretto, marmalade and salt.
- Grease a shallow 3-qt baking dish, spread potatoes proportionately in dish, then crumble the cookies over them. Bake at 350 for 35-45 min.

- NOTES :Since we are going out for Thanksgiving dinner I have been doing some cooking which will capture some of my favorite flavors which I might miss at the restaurant. Here are some good recipes.
- The sweet potatoes were delicious-originally posted to the TNT holiday swap by Kathi Sandler. I scaled the recipe down to 3 servings and it scaled wonderfully. Along with which we had the Maple-Mustard Pork Roast posted to Eat-L by Claudia Knowles. I used pork tenderloin to cut down on the fat. I think I might marinate this in the sauce next time to get more of the delicious flavor. We also had creamed onions. What a fabulous meal of favorites.
