Ingredientes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 about 2 pounds boneless center cut pork chops
- 2 teaspoons fresh rosemary or 1 tsp dried -- chopped if using fresh
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Heat oil in large non-stick skillet on Medium-high. Salt and pepper both sides of pork chops; sear until golden brown, 2-3 minutes each side. Transfer pork chops to large baking dish or casserole.
- Return skillet to heat.
- Add rosemary and vinegar, bring to boil;mmediately pour over top of pork chops.
- Bake on center rack until pork reaches an internal temperature of 150 degrees, 15 to 20 minutes. Insert thermometer into the thickest part of the meat.
