Receta Banana And Citrus Muffins

Ingredientes
- 1 c. flour, plain
- 1 1/2 tsp sugar (caster)
- 1 Tbsp. baking pwdr
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 c. wheatgerm
- 1 x bananas
- 1/2 c. orange juice
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 6 x Large eggs
Direcciones
- Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Grease muffin tins.
- Sift together flour, sugar, baking pwdr and salt. Stir in wheat germ.
- Mash the bananas unti smooth.
- Combine bananas, orange juice, oil, and Large eggs in a separate bowl.
- Make a well in center of dry ingredients and pour in banana mix. Stir just till dry ingredients are moistened; don't overmix. Fill tins 2/3 full and bake at 400 degrees F. for 20- 25 min or possibly till golden.
- These freeze well.
