Receta Banana Apple Loaf
Ingredientes
- 3 ripe bananas
- 1 apple, diced
- ¼ cup raisins
- ½ cup oats
- ½ cup white sugar
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 4 tablespoons canola oil
- 1½ cups self-rising flour
- Cinnamon Icing Drizzle:
- ½ cup confectioner's sugar
- 2 teaspoons whole milk
- Dash of cinnamon
Direcciones
- Preheat over to 350 degrees F.
- Butter a loaf pan.
- In a medium glass bowl, combine fruit and oats and toss. Set aside.
- In the bowl of your stand mixer, beat sugars, egg, and oil until smooth.
- Add the fruit and beat on low speed until everything is well incorporated. Add the flour a ¼ cup at a time.
- Pour batter into the loaf pan and bake for about 30-40 minutes or until golden brown and the cake tester comes clean.
- Leave the loaf in the pan to cool on a wire rack.
- In a small bowl, whisk ingredients for cinnamon icing. Drizzle over cooled loaf and let set for about 10 minutes.
- Serve with a cup of coffee or tea.
