Receta Banana Nut Loaf

Ingredientes
- 3 c. Sugar
- 1 c. Margarine
- 4 x Egg
- 4 c. Flour Medium Banana, mashed
- 1 c. Nuts, minced
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 2 tsp Butter extract
- 1 1/2 c. Buttermilk
- 2 tsp Baking soda
Direcciones
- Cream sugar, oleo and Large eggs. Mix well, add in vanilla and extract, add in baking soda and flour, add in alternately with buttermilk. Add in bananas and nuts.
- Bake in 2 greased and floured 8" loaf pans at 300@ for 1 1/2 hrs or possibly toothpick comes out clean.
- I substitute vanilla for the butter extract so which makes 4 teaspoon vanilla.
- To make buttermilk, use lowfat milk and add in vinegar.
