- 1/2 c. Applesauce, at room temp
- 2 x Egg whites, whipped
- 3 Tbsp. Fat-free lowfat sour cream
- 1 c. Bananas, mashed
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 2 x Apples, minced
- 2 c. Unbleached flour
- 1/2 c. Brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 c. Granulated sugar, room temp
- 1 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tsp Cinnamon

- Preheat oven at 350.Prepare a pan(s) with cooking spray and flour. In a mixing bowl, combine applesauce, egg whites, lowfat sour cream, bananas, vanilla, and apples. In another mixing bowl, combine flour, sugars, baking pwdr, baking soda, and cinnamon. Mix wet ingredients with dry ingredients just till moistened.
- Pour into prepared pan(s). Bake about 1 hour depending on pan size.
