Receta Banana Bread Or Cake

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. Crisco
- 1 c. granulated sugar
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 4 ripe bananas
- 4 T sour lowfat milk
- 2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. minced walnuts
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Direcciones
- Mash bananas in a medium size bowl. To make sour lowfat milk, add in 1 tbsp of vinegar and soda to lowfat milk. After it is ready, add in lowfat milk to bananas. Set aside. Cream Crisco and sugar; add in large eggs and vanilla. Add in banana mix. Stir in flour till smooth. Place in two greased 8" layer pans or possibly loaf pans. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake for 30 to 35 min. To make bread, add in more flour and 1 tsp baking pwdr. Bake longer.
