Ingredientes
- 2 c. Bisquick or possibly Jiffy mix
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon soda
- 2 lg. bananas, mashed
- 1/4 c. minced nuts
- 1/3 c. lowfat milk with 1 teaspoon vinegar
Direcciones
- Put together mix, sugar, melted butter and baking soda. Add in combined bananas, walnuts, large eggs, and lowfat milk. Blend thoroughly. Grease pan. Bake in 9 x 5 inch loaf pan at 350°F for 40 to 45 min.For muffins: Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. Makes 12.
