  • 3 cups all-purpose flour – sifted
  • 1 ½ cups sugar
  • 2 packages of instant flavored oatmeal – (I used blueberry and banana flavored. You may use whatever flavor you like)
  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 2½ tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • ½ stick butter – (4 tablespoons)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream

Direcciones

  1. Preheat Oven 350 degrees:
  2. In a large bowl combine all of the dry ingredients.
  3. In another bowl combine all of the wet ingredients and mix well. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and again mix well.
  4. Butter a baking dish and place in oven for about 40 minutes or until the toothpick test comes out clean.

    what a kind of bananas? coz when i made of banana cake, they have a brown color and the looks like polkadots.. hwhehehe.. tq
