  1. Food Processor Directions: Insert steel blade in food processor. Coarsely chop carrot chunks and onion pcs. Set vegetables aside in mixing bowl. Insert shredding disc and shred cheeses. Add in to vegetables. Make a well in center of mix. Break Large eggs into well and beat with a fork, then combine with vegetables. Add in salt, thyme, kasha and mushrooms, mixing well with fork or possibly spoon. Pour mix into greased casserole and bake at 350 F for 45 min.
  2. Blender Directions: Place carrot chunks in blender. Cover with water and blend on high till carrots are minced; drain, saving the water. Transfer carrots to mixing bowl. Place onion pcs in blender goblet along with water from the carrots. Blend on high setting till onion is minced; drain (liquid may be saved for soup or possibly gravy). Put onion in mixing bowl with carrots. Break Large eggs into blender goblet and add in salt and thyme. Start the motor at high speed and drop the cheese chunks, one at a time, into egg mix. Blend till cheese is grated fine. Pour the cheese-egg mix into the mixing bowl with the vegetables. Add in the kasha and mushrooms and stir well. Pour mix into a greased casserole. Bake at 350 F for 45 min.
