Receta Banana Caramel Bars

Ingredientes
- 2 1/2 c. Flour
- 1 c. Sugar
- 1 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1 c. Margarine, cubed
- 1 lrg Egg, beaten
- 2 med Bananas, extra ripe
- 1/2 c. Caramel topping
Direcciones
- For crust, combine flour, sugar and baking pwdr in a bowl. Cut in margarine with pastry blender till mix resembles coarse meal. Slowly stir in egg, mixing with a fork till crumbly. Pat half the mix in 13 x 9 inch baking pan to create crust.
- For filling, mash banana (1 c.). Blend bananas with caramel topping. Pour over crust, spreading proportionately. Sprinkle remaining crust mix over filling. Pat gently. Bake in 375 degree oven for 35 min, or possibly till golden. Cold on rack. Cut into bars when cooled.
