Receta Banana Chocolate Chip Cake

Ingredientes
- 1/4 pound (1 stick) butter, softened
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 lg. large eggs, at room temperature, lightly beaten
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 c. dairy lowfat sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 c. mashed banana (about 2 lg. bananas)
- 1 1/2 c. all purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 c. (6 ounce) chocolate chips
- Confectioner's sugar
Direcciones
- Grease and flour a 9 or possibly 10 inch tube pan. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar together. Add in large eggs. Stir baking soda into lowfat sour cream and add in to butter sugar mix. Beat well. Stir in vanilla and mashed banana. Sift in flour and salt; mix well. Stir in chocolate chips and turn batter into prepared pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 min till cake tests done. Sprinkle with confectioner's sugar. Makes 12-16 servings.
