Receta Banana Chocolate Muffins

Ingredientes
- 1 3/4 c. All purpose flour
- 1/2 c. Granulated sugar
- 3 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 c. Semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 x Egg
- 1/4 c. Veg. oil
- 1/4 c. Lowfat milk
- 1 c. Mashed bananas (3 medium)
Direcciones
- Measure first five ingredients into large bowl. Mix thoroughly and make a well in center. Beat egg till frothy. Fold in oil, lowfat milk and banana. Pour into well. Stir only to moisten. Batter will be lumpy. Fill greased muffin tins 3/4 full. Bake in 400 degree oven for 20 to 25 min.
- Yield 12 - 24muffins (depending on size).
