Receta Banana Coconut Apple Crisp

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/4 c. granulated sugar
- 1/4 c. packed light brown sugar
- 1/4 c. chilled butter or possibly stick margarine cut into small pcs
- 1/3 c. flaked sweetened coconut
- 7 c. sliced peeled Rome apple (about 3 pounds)
- 3/4 c. diced ripe banana
- 1/4 c. apricot preserves
- 3 Tbsp. orange juice
Direcciones
- 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- 2. Lightly spoon flour into a dry measuring c.; level with a knife. Combine flour and sugars in a bowl; cut in butter with a pastry blender or possibly 2 knives till mix is crumbly. Stir in coconut.
- 3. Combine apple and remaining ingredients in a bowl; toss well. Spoon apple mix into an 8-inch square baking dish or possibly 1-1/2-qt casserole. Sprinkle with crumb mix. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 min or possibly till golden brown.
- Yield: 9 servings.
