Receta Banana Custard Pudding

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Cornstarch
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 1 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
- 3 x Egg yolks, beaten
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 med Hard banana, sliced Fresh mint, optional
Direcciones
- In a saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch and salt. Gradually add in lowfat milk; cook and stir over medium heat till mix comes to a boil. Cook and stir 2 min longer. Stir a small amount into the egg yolks; return all to pan.
- Cook and stir till thickened. Remove from the heat; stir in vanilla. Refrigeratefor 1 hour. Just before serving, mix in banana. Garnish with mint if you like.
