Receta Banana Date Bread

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. shortening
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. white sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 bananas, mashed
- 1 c. dates, cut-up
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 c. flour
- 4 T lowfat milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Direcciones
- Cream together sugar and shortening. Add in large eggs. Then alternate salt, baking soda, flour and lowfat milk. Add in bananas and dates. Bake for 45 min at 325 degrees in 2 small bread pans.
