Receta Anna's Date Bread

Ingredientes
- 1 c. Cut-Up Dates
- 1 1/2 c. Boiling Water
- 1 Tbsp. Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 4 Tbsp. Melted Butter
- 3 3/4 c. All-Purpose Flour
- 2 x Large eggs Beaten Lightly
- 1 1/2 c. Sugar
Direcciones
- Put dates in water. Let stand and add in soda. Let stand some more. Mix flour and salt. Beat Large eggs till light. Add in sugar slowly, vanilla and butter. Add in date mix and flour. Put into 2 greased bread loaf pans. Bake at 325F for 1 hour.
