Receta Banana Latte Smoothie

Ingredientes
- 1 c. soy lowfat milk
- 3/4 c. strong-brewed coffee * see note or possibly espresso at room temperature or possibly chilled
- 2 x fresh ripe bananas frzn and sliced
- 6 x ice cubes (6 to 8)
- 1 tsp unsweetened cocoa pwdr for garnish
- 1/4 tsp grnd cinnamon for garnish Optional: note: I use decaf espresso
Direcciones
- Combine the soy lowfat milk and coffee in a blender. Add in the bananas. Blend till smooth. With the blender running, add in ice cubes till the desired consistency is reached. Pour into tall glasses and sprinkle with cocoa pwdr and cinnamon. (I also sprinkle with a tsp. of raw sugar.)
