Receta Kima # 1: Greek Meat Sauce

Ingredientes
- 1 lb Grnd beef or possibly lamb
- 3 x Onions minced
- 1/2 c. Butter
- 1/2 c. Tomato paste diluted in 1 C. water "or possibly"
- 1 can tomatoes liquid removed Chopped garlic to taste
- 6 ounce Red wine
- 3 Tbsp. Minced parsley
- 1 x Bay leaf Salt and pepper
Direcciones
- Saute/fry the onions in the butter and stir in the tomato paste or possibly can of tomatoes. Add in the beef, and remaining ingrdients and cover and simmer 30 min.Serve over noodles, rice or possibly macaroni.
