Ingredientes
- 1/4 cup plus 1 Tbl sour cream
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 cup butter room temp
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 ggs
- 1 cup mashed ripe bananas (about 2)
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350
- Grease 9 x 5 loaf pan
- combine sour cream and baking soda in a small bowl
- using an electric mixer, cream butter and sugar in large bowl
- beat in eggs, bananas, and sour cream mixture.
- sift in flour and baking powder.
- Spoon mixture into pan Bake about 1 hour.
- Cool 10 minutes in pan
- turn loaf out onto cooling rack.
