Ingredients: 2 c. Flour, unbleached; 1 tsp Salt; 1 Tbsp. Grnd cinnamon; 1 Tbsp. Grnd cloves; 3 tsp Baking pwdr; 3 lrg Large eggs; 1/2 c. Brown sugar; 1/2 c. Honey; 3/4 c. Vegetable oil; 1/2 c. Pineapple juice, or possibly orange or possibly apple; 1 c. Grated carrots; 1 c. Mashed bananas; 1 c. Minced walnuts

Ingredientes

2 c. Flour, unbleached
1 tsp Salt
1 Tbsp. Grnd cinnamon
1 Tbsp. Grnd cloves
3 tsp Baking pwdr
3 lrg Large eggs
1/2 c. Brown sugar
1/2 c. Honey
3/4 c. Vegetable oil
1/2 c. Pineapple juice, or possibly orange or possibly apple
1 c. Grated carrots
1 c. Mashed bananas
1 c. Minced walnuts

Direcciones

Preheat the oven to 350F. Grease a 9"x12" baking pan. In a large bowl sift together the flour, cinnamon, cloves and baking pwdr. In a smaller bowl beat together the Large eggs; add in sugar and honey; whisk in the oil and juice.
Mix into the dry ingredients. Stir in the carrots, bananas and walnuts.
Pour mix into the baking dish. Bake 40 to 45 min or possibly till a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Cold 50 to 60 min.
Serve with vanilla ice cream or possibly yogurt.
