Ingredientes
- 2 bananas, mashed
- 4 slices whole wheat bread, crumbled
- 2/3 c. nonfat dry lowfat milk
- Artificial sweetener to equal 1 c. sugar
- Healthy pinch of cinnamon
- Healthy pinch of nutmeg
- Healthy pinch of cloves
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon banana extract
- 1 teaspoon pecan or possibly black walnut flavoring
- 1 teaspoon imitation butter flavoring
Direcciones
- Beat large eggs 4 min with electric mixer. Add in extracts and butter flavoring. Beat 5 min. Stir egg mix into dry ingredients and mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min. Refrigerate.
