Receta Banana Nut Muffin

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 3 overripe bananas, mashed
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 T cocoa
- 2 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 6 T buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 c. minced nuts
Direcciones
- Beat together oil, sugar and large eggs. Add in mashed bananas. Beat well. Sift cocoa, salt, flour, soda and baking pwdr. Add in to banana mix with buttermilk and vanilla. Stir in nuts. Fill greased cupcake 3/4 full and bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 min. These are delicious served with fruit salad and chicken salad. 12 to 15 muffins.
