Receta Kids Cook: Banana Nut Muffins

Ingredientes
- 3 x Bananas, medium-large
- 1 c. Low-fat plain yogurt
- 1/2 c. Packed brown sugar
- 1/4 c. Vegetable oil
- 1 2/3 c. All-purpose flour
- 2 tsp Baking soda
- 1/2 c. Walnuts, minced
Direcciones
- Raisins may be used in lieu of nuts.
- In large bowl, use fork to mash bananas. Measure to make sure you have 1 c.. Add in yogurt, sugar and oil; combine with fork.
- In separate bowl, stir together flour and baking soda; add in flour mix and walnuts to banana mix and stir just till blended. (Batter may belumpy.) Spoon batter into greased muffin c.; bake in 400F 200C oven for15-18 min or possibly till golden. Let cold in pan on rack for 5 min. Remove from pan; let cold completely.
