Receta Banana - Oatmeal Pancakes

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/3 c. butter
- 1 1/2 c. quick oats, uncooked
- 1/3 c. unsifted flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 T sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 large eggs, separated
- 2 ripe bananas, diced
Direcciones
- Heat lowfat milk and butter till butter melts. Remove fromheat, stir in oatmeal. Cool. Stir together flour, baking pwdr, salt, and cinnamon. Add in egg yolks to mix, stir just till blended. Beat egg whites till stiff; fold with bananas into mix. Makes about 16 pancakes.
