Receta Banana Pineapple Muffins

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 c. (or possibly more) flour
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/3 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/2 c. crushed pineapple, liquid removed
- 1/2 c. mashed banana
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Direcciones
- Put all dry ingredients in a bowl. Make a well, add in liquids and stir till moistened. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min in muffin pan. Makes 12 muffins.
