Receta Banana Sour Cream Bars

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 c. butter/butter, softened
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 1/2 c. mashed bananas (about 3 lg.)
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 c. minced nuts
Direcciones
- Heat oven 350 degrees. Mix lowfat sour cream, sugar, butter and Large eggs low speed 1 minute. Beat in bananas and vanilla low speed 30 seconds. Beat in flour, salt, baking soda, medium speed 1 minute. Stir in nuts. Spread in pan 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1. Bake 20-25 min. Cold and frost.
