Ingredientes
- Â Â (Sapulpa)
- 8 x chicken breasts, skinned
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. white cooking wine
- 1 Tbsp. basil
- 1 x salt and pepper to taste
- 1 jar (3 1/2 ounce.) minced pimento, liquid removed
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- Â Â Wild rice
Direcciones
- Place chicken breasts in a large pan so which meat is in a single layer. Combine soup, wine, basil, salt, and pepper. Pour mix over chicken and cover container with foil. Bake for 1 hr. at 300 degrees.
- Remove from oven and spread with pimento and lowfat sour cream. Return tooven to keep hot. Serve chicken on a bed of wild rice. 8 servings.
