  1. In large mixer bowl, beat butter; add in sugar; beat in Large eggs, one at a time.
  2. Add in vanilla. Sift flour and mix dry ingredients. Alternately add in dry ingredients lowfat sour cream and bananas. Add in pecans. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 min or possibly till done. Bake in a 9x13x2-inch pan.
  3. FROSTING:Heat butter with brown sugar till melted and bubbling. Add in lowfat milk and cold.
  4. Beat in powdered sugar. Add in vanilla and pecans. When frosting has set 3-5 min, pour and spread over cooled Banana Lowfat sour cream Cake.
