Receta Barbecue Beef Sandwich

Ingredientes
- 1/2 lb Regular grnd beef
- 1/3 c. Tomato puree
- 1/4 c. Onion, minced
- 2 Tbsp. Vinegar
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Dry mustard
- 1 dsh Pepper
- 2 x Hamburger rolls
Direcciones
- 1. Cook beef till lightly browned. Drain fat.
- 2. Fold in remaining ingredients except hamburger rolls.
- 3. Cover and cook over low heat for 20 min to blend flavors. Stir occasionally.
- 4. Spoon mix onto bottom halves of rolls (about 1/2 c. per sandwich).
- Cover with top halves.
