Receta Barbecue Chuck Roast

Ingredientes
- 4 lb chuck roast
- 1 sm onion
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 2 tsp chili pwdr
- 8 ounce tomato sauce
- 1/4 tsp garlic pwdr
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar cooked noodles optional
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cut fat out of roast. Brown in Dutch oven in oil. Remove roast from pan and set aside on platter. In same Dutch oven, combine and bring to boil: water, tomato sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, minced onion (use more, if you like), salt, chili pwdr, garlic pwdr (use more, if you like) and Worcestershire sauce. Return meat to pan. Bake in oven 2 1/2 hrs. May be served with warm noodles.
