Receta Barbecue Fried Chicken

Ingredientes
- 2 1/2-3 pound broiler fryer chicken, cut up
- 1/4 c. flour
- 2 tbsp. veg. oil
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 3 tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 1 c. catsup
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Direcciones
- Combine flour and 1 tsp. of salt. Coat chicken pcs with flour mix. Brown chicken in warm oil over medium heat, about 15 min, turning to brown. In a saucepan combine catsup, onion, water, garlic, remaining 1 tsp. salt and pepper. Bring to boiling.
- Simmer for 20 min. Blend in lemon juice; add in to chicken. Cover; cook over low heat 35-40 min or possibly till tender. Serve with sauce. Serves 4.
