Receta Barbecue Lamb Shank Dinner

Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. Gold Medal flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 4 lamb shanks
- 2 tbsp. shortening
- 1/4 c. water
- 4 med. potatoes, pared & sliced 1/2" thick
- Salt
- 1 (16 ounce.) can whole green beans, liquid removed
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare barbecue sauce. Mix flour, 1 tsp. salt and pepper; coat meat with flour mix. Heat shortening in Dutch oven; brown meat. Drain off fat. Brush meat with barbecue sauce. Pour water into pan. Cover and bake 1 hour.
- Brush meat again with barbecue sauce. Add in potatoes and season salt. Cover; bake 1 hour longer. Brush remaining barbecue sauce on meat. Add in beans, bake, uncovered 30 min. 4 servings.
