Ingredientes
- 4 pound pork backbone or possibly spareribs
- 1 c. sliced onions
- 1 c. ketchup
- 1 c. water
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 2 teaspoon dry mustard
Direcciones
- Arrange separated ribs or possibly backbone in shallow pan. Mix remaining ingredients together and cook till onions are tender. Pour sauce over meat. Cover and bake 1 1/2 hrs or possibly till meat is tender.
