Ingredientes
- 2 lbs beef short ribs boneless
- 1 cup water
- 6 ounce tomato paste
- 1 cup ketchup
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. mustard (prepared)
- 1/2 tsp salt cooked rice warm (optional)
Direcciones
- Put all the ingredients, except the cooked rice, into a crockpot and mix well.
- Cook on low for 8 hrs.
- Serve over warm rice, noodles, etc. if you like.

This meat came out very tender! The meat didn't seem to hold a lot of the bbq flavor I was hoping for but it was still delicious! My husband ate seconds!Yo he cocinado/probado esta receta
