Receta Barbecued Beefies Topped With Vidalia Onion

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 lbs. grnd beef
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 1 1/4 c. evaporated lowfat milk
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon sage
- 1/4 teaspoon celery salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- NOTE: Will need Vidalia onions to slice
Direcciones
- Mix the ingredients thoroughly. Shape mix into 8 individual loaves. Place in shallow pan with thin slices of Vidalia onion on each. Pour barbecue sauce over all. (Use your favorite barbecue sauce.) Baste often. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 min.
