Receta Barbecued Meat Loaf
This is the ONLY way I will eat meatloaf!! One of my favorites!! Since I always have leftovers, I cook some Jumbo Pasta Shells & stuff them with the leftover meatloaf & freeze them individually for a snack for my daughter after school. Just put the frozen shell in the microwave for a minute or two.
Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
- 2 8 oz. cans tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 3 T. vinegar
- 1 egg, beaten
- 3 T. brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 T. mustard
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix together beef, crumbs, onion, egg, salt, pepper, and 1/2 cup tomato sauce.
- Form into loaf and put in shallow pan.
- Combine rest of sauce and all other ingredients.
- Pour over loaf.
- Bake in oven 1 hour 15 minutes.
- Baste occasionally.
