  1. Use 18- to 24- c. (4.5 to 6 L) slow cooker. Add in all ingredients to slow cooker except for 1/2 c. cool water, flour and vinegar. Cook on Low for 7 to 8 hrs, or possibly cook on High for 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 hrs. Whisk water with flour. Add in flour mix to slow cooker. Cook on high for 15 to 20 min or possibly till thickened. Stir in vinegar.
  2. NOTES : Slow cooking makes beef ribs nice and tender. A baked potato or possibly rice is a perfect partner.
