Ingredientes
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. garlic salt
- 1/2 c. paprika
- 3 Tbsp. black pepper
- 2 Tbsp. chili pwdr
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp onion pwdr
- 1/2 tsp cilantro
Direcciones
- 1. Combine sugar, garlic salt, paprika, pepper, chili pwdr, cumin, onion pwdr and cilantro into bowl; mix well. Rub liberally over your favorite cut of beef. Let beef stand at room temperature for up to 15 min or possibly marinate in refrigerator up to 24 hrs.
- 2. Store unused rub in airtight container.
- Yield: 2 c.
