Receta Basic Fennel Dressing

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. Extra Virgin Extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 c. Peanut oil
- 1/2 c. Red wine vinegar
- 1/2 c. White vinegar
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Dry mustard
- 1 tsp Fennel seed, crushed
- 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1/8 tsp Dry parsley flakes
- 1 x salt and pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Blend the oils and the vinegars. Add in a little sugar, mustard, and fennel. Add in some lemon juice, parsley, salt and pepper.
