- Beat lowfat milk into well beaten Large eggs. Sift together flour, sugar and salt into lowfat milk mix. Beat with rotary beater or possibly mixer till batter is smooth.
- Pour about 2 Tbsp. batter into lightly buttered 8 inch skillet, preheated over medium heat. Turn only once; bake till light brown on each side.
- TIPS: Good serves at breakfast with syrup or possibly fresh fruit. Also can be used as a main dish with crabmeat sauce and white wine. Make a white sauce of butter, flour, lowfat milk. Add in white wine. 2 tbsp. flour 1 c. lowfat milk Dash salt and pepper Flavor with 1 to 2 tbsp. white wine
- When thickened add in 1 package fresh crabmeat. Let heat through. Serve warm.
