Ingredientes
- 2 lbs. grnd beef
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 8 hamburger buns
- Catsup
- Mustard & mayonnaise
- Onion slices
- Tomato slices
- Lettuce leaves
- Dill pickle slices
Direcciones
- Have a barbecue fire ready. Combine the beef, salt and pepper, mix gently. Shape into 8 patties about 3 1/2 inches. Grill over warm coals, turning 6 to 8 min; 12 min for well-done. Place the buns on the grill then place hamburger on the buns and serve with the garnishes above. If cheeseburgers, about 1 minute before removing from the grill, place a slice of cheese on.
