Ingredients: 1 x 9" Pie Shell, Unbaked; 3 x Large eggs; 2 3/4 c. Mashed Pumpkin; 1 c. + 3/4 teaspoon Sugar; 3/4 tsp Salt; 1/2 tsp Cinnamon; 3/4 tsp Ginger; 1/2 tsp Cloves; 2 1/4 c. Evaporated Lowfat milk

Ingredientes

1 x 9" Pie Shell, Unbaked
3 x Large eggs
2 3/4 c. Mashed Pumpkin
1 c. + 3/4 teaspoon Sugar
3/4 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
3/4 tsp Ginger
1/2 tsp Cloves
2 1/4 c. Evaporated Lowfat milk

Direcciones

Beat Large eggs slightly. Add in remaining ingredients and combine well. Pour into pie shell and bake in a preheated 425 degree oven for 15 min. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and cook an additional 55 min.
