Receta Basic Vinaigrette Dressing

Ingredientes
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 pch Black pepper
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp. Red wine vinegar
- 6 Tbsp. Oil of choice
Direcciones
- Add in all ingredients to a shaker jar and shake very well just prior to use.
- Variations: Lemon Vinaigrette: substitute lemon juice for vinegar Garlic
- Vinaigrette: add in 1-2 cloves of chopped garlic to dressing Herb Vinaigrette: add in 1-2 Tbsp. of minced herbs Honey Vinaigrette: subsitute 1 tsp. of honey for the sugar Dijon Vinaigrette: add in 3 Tbsp. of additional Dijon mustard
